Order Process – Quick & Simple

You have two choices when it comes to ordering from us:

  1. Online – Process an order via our secure online store.
  2. Call Us – Call us on 1300 787 241 (7 days a week).

You have three choices when it comes to payment:

  1. Credit Card – (Either online or phone order) – We immediately process your payment, destroy your card information & email you a receipted invoice for your records.
  2. PayPal – We send you an invoice with our PayPal payment details.
  3. Direct Deposit – We send you an invoice with our Direct Deposit details.  Please send through a payment notification from your bank, and we can then get your order underway, otherwise we have to wait for your payment to show up in our daily statement.

As soon as invoicing & payment are finalised, we ship the order from either our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse.  Freight is shipped using TNT Road Express, StarTrack or Toll Ipec, depending upon who services the area most effectively.  Once the freight is booked in, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We monitor all our freight shipments several times a day to ensure parcels are delivered.
